Set on a stunning beach and offering a wealth of activities, this resort, like all Decameron All-Inclusive resorts, offers a great deal of food, spirits, and sunny tropical fun for all types of travelers. Families will likely appreciate the pools, play area, and activities program, while gamers may want to get in on the action at the on-site casino. Adults can swim in the adults-only pool or with the kids in the pools open to waterbabies of all ages. Water sports and various other recreational activities abound, a welcome cocktail awaits those old enough (and so inclined) to kick-start their vacation, and towels are provided free at both the wide, white-sand beach and all pools.

Dining

El Bocaccio - An extensive buffet marks the main resort restaurant, which provides a wide range of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also offers theme dinners in its open-air locale. Located in the center of the resort area, close to one of the pools, El Bocaccio is the mainstay of most Decameron guests.
Firenze - Reservations are required at this lovely Italian specialty restaurant, which serves dinner only.
Miranda’s - For flavorful Brazilian food, guests can choose this exciting rodizio (Brazilian feast) restaurant, which serves dinner only.
La Troje - Guests in the mood for tasty Mexican dishes can opt for La Troje, which is open for dinner only and requires reservations.

Recreation

In addition to three swimming pools (one for adults and two for all ages) and a beachfront location, Barcelo Decameron offers three tennis courts, a basketball court, and several multi-sport courts, as well as table tennis, archery, darts, and shuffleboard. Aerobics and dance classes are fun and great exercise, and non-motorized water sports such as windsurfing, boogie boarding, and kayaking are included in the All-Inclusive Plan. Additional water sports, such as scuba diving, are available, but may cost extra.

This resort features 440 air-conditioned guestrooms. All-inclusive rate includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day at the buffet-style El Bocaccio; dinner at the reservation-only Firenze, Miranda’s, and Troje (upon availability; reservations not valid for groups); unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass (refreshments, beers, liquors, mineral water, combinations, and coffees); wine served with dinner; daily activities program and nightly entertainment; recreational activities in the hotel area such as volleyball, water polo, and tennis; all non-motorized water sports on the hotel beach, such as kayaking, boogie boarding, and windsurfing; use of nightclub/disco; fitness center; Kids’ Club (an activities program for children).
